About One Source Power
One Source Power, LLC is a full service utility contractor located in Boston, MA. We service public and private utility companies in the Eastern United States and beyond. We specialize in emergency service restoration, as well as, build-outs, maintenance, and assessment services for overhead and underground distribution services. We also service the communication and renewable energy fields with design-build services in make-ready construction, distributed antenna systems (DAS), communication tower site build-outs, and solar energy interconnections.
One Source Power employs the dedicated professionals of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW). IBEW members are skilled and dedicated tradesmen that perform safely and professionally. One Source Power utilizes the vast, national network of IBEW Linemen to fulfill its employment needs in order to meet the demanding requirements of our clients. Joseph Callanan
Founding and Managing Partner
Joe is a graduate of Northeastern University in Boston Massachusetts for Construction Building and Technology as well as Project Management. Joe has over 25 years of hands-on experience in the construction industry, including power utility work, building construction, civil and heavy infrastructure projects. Joe has significant experience building electrical and telecommunications projects for Transportation Agencies including the Massachusetts Bay Transportation Agency and the Massport. Joe was intimately involved in the successful design and construction of the Wifi Trackside Network for Amtrak.
Stephen Lewis
Director of Operations
Steve has worked in the electrical utility industry for over 35 years in a variety of roles, including Manager of Electric Field Operations, Senior Supervisor of Station Operations, Line Foreman, Supervisor, and Lineman. He has extensive experience with IOU’s constructing and maintaining transmission, along with distribution overhead, and underground utility systems. His background in storm restoration and storm response for electric utility customers is also very strong managing, several hundred crews on any give storm response. Safety is one of Steve’s primary concerns, ensuring every member of his team has a voice in maintaining a safe working environment.
Joe Callanan, Jr.
DIRECTOR OF STORM RESTORATION SERVICES & OPERATIONS MANAGER
With over 10 years’ experience in both the field and management, Joe has a well-developed knowledge of the electric utility industry bottom up from the inside out. His primary responsibility is managing OSP’s entire storm operations from start to finish. Additionally, Joe oversees day-to-day operations within the office, yards, and in the field, including fleet safety and vehicle, tooling, and equipment moves for all locations. Building on a prior background in sales and networking, Joe also develops and maintains relationships with key players in the utilities space nationwide, as well as partnership opportunities with contracting companies.
Crystal Crowley
Emergency Response Manager
Crystal combines a degree in Business Management with over 15 years' experience in managing construction projects and emergency response teams. She is the key contact for securing and managing crew members traveling from across the country for emergency response. Crystal is also in charge of managing and directing all back-office support for OSP’s emergency response teams, as well as working closely with all on-site crews. Crystal was especially helpful with the implementation and management of new technology for streamlining OSP’s on-boarding process. In addition to her roles on storm response, Crystal also supports One Source Power on the day-to-day financial applications and reporting.
Tina M. Callanan
Administrative Services Manager
Tina has over twenty years of experience in the financial business sector. As a Senior Sales Representative for Dun & Bradstreet she was responsible for assisting CEO’s & CFO’s with financial analysis, forecasting, and risk assessment services. She compiled and reviewed complex data to assess multimillion-dollar accounts and business units to help assess and forecast credit risk. Tina possesses strong analytical skills and supports business operations through analysis of company financial data. At One Source Power, she is a key participant and decision maker in corporate financial decisions. Tina is a graduate of St. Mary’s College, Notre Dame, Indiana.
